The latest coffee hotspot at Prenzlauer Berg with a handmade espresso machine costing as much as a small car. The three friendly shop owners have one thing in common - a passion for making perfect espressos far beyond ordinary coffee and Starbucks Lattés at 4.30€ a go. The owners belong to a coffee movement that is expanding internationally by means of blogs,  internet communities and building new high quality espresso bars. And the quality of coffee beans isn´t the only key factor - the sustainability of the coffee plantations, the quality of the espresso machine and the espresso grinder, the water temperature the ratio of powder to water are all crucial to the perfect cuppa. Inside the café, Dutch designers have created a stunning interior featuring unplastered walls, antique furniture and a fusion between metal and wood, giving Bonanza a really special feel. Coffee heaven!
